Meat Pang - Grill

Grilling is as traditional as it gets as a method of cooking, because it involves simply heating your meat on a metal grill, directly over your heat source. 

For this method, you can go for the most convenient gas flame, or charcoal (if you are able to enjoy this outdoors using your garden grill). Perfect for meats that do not require a long period of cooking.

Tip: Instead of applying oil directly to the grill, do so to your meat. Oh, and keep your grills clean, unless you want the bitter burnt bits on your grilled meat!
