Hotpot

Otherwise known as a steamboat, this is great for gathering friends and family around the dining table (literally), and is something that Singaporeans cannot seem to get enough of. 

It is simple and mostly fuss-free, and all you need is a nice pot of broth along with ingredients of your choice, and everyone can be their own chef! They can be anything from leafy vegetables to thinly-sliced meats like Meat Pang’s Japanese Wagyu Shabu-shabu.
