Homestead Beef is a halal-slaughtered range with a variety of cuts that are tender, lean and yet juicy. Part of the Midfield brand the seventy-day grain assisted yearling beef are raised in a relaxed environment with optimal rainfall and ideal growing conditions in the rich green pastures of Australia’s Western District of Victoria. The yearling beef are then hand-selected for halal slaughter by experienced Midfield butchers before being processed and packaged within the company.
