Shipping policy

1. Meat Pang shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address (specified by the Customer on the registration form) within the time frame selected by the Customer, but Meat Pang shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Meat Pang.

2. Delivery time slots: Tuesday to Sundays (1 - 5pm and 7 - 9pm), no delivery on Mondays. Same-day delivery options are only available for orders placed before 10am.

3. Delivery fees are as follows: Between $50 - $100: $10. Above $100: Free.

4. Weekends and public holiday deliveries will be subjected to a $20 surcharge unless due to ongoing promotions.

5. The Customer is to notify Meat Pang immediately of any change to his delivery address and contact number, especially when it affects the smooth delivery of orders. 

6 For food hygiene purposes, no deliveries shall be left outside the door unless otherwise directed by Customers. In such circumstances, the order is considered delivered and accepted by Customers once Meat Pang leaves the delivery site. 

7 Meat Pang shall deliver the Products to you at the nominated Delivery Address. Meat Pang will not commit to delivery beyond the Front Door of the Customer's home or office building. Front Door refers to the front door or a point beyond which entry into the interior of the building occurs. If Meat Pang is requested to deliver beyond the Front Door, Meat Pang (including its officers, employees, contractors and agents) shall be indemnified and held harmless from any Loss suffered or incurred in connection with the delivery of the Goods beyond the Front Door. 'Loss' means any loss including any liability, cost, expense, claim, proceeding, action, demand or damage.

8. The Customer shall ensure that a person of a reasonable age who is authorised to receive and pay for the order is present at the specified time of delivery at the Customer's address to receive and pay for the order. If no such person is present, Meat Pang shall attempt to make the delivery at another time and reserves the right to charge the Customer an extra re-delivery fee.

9. Meat Pang reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer's credit worthiness or if the Customer does not effect payment upon delivery.
