The oven-prepared (OP) rib comes from the rib section of the beef, between the chuck roll and striploin, and is essentially the same as the ribeye cut, but with the bone attached. As it is larger than the ribeye, it requires a slightly longer time for cooking.

Pre-order (3 days in advance) required. Price may vary along with weight.

*One piece weighs approximately 1kg-1.5kg and is suitable for 2-3pax.
